Supervision

Administrative supervision is available to fully licenced clinicians who are in the process of creating an independent or group private practice and would like support with the business/administrative aspects of this journey.* Supervision is only offered one-on-one so that advice and guidance can be tailored to your specific situation and goals.​

Administrative supervision is focused on, yet not limited to, the following general topics:

- Understanding the building blocks to creating a viable private practice, either a sole proprietorship or corporate group practice, including but not limited to an operating software, banking and accounting requirements, and governmental requirements to register a business

- Understanding the requirements to meet regulatory standards in Ontario

- Building onboarding procedures for a growing team of therapists

- Creating a consistent process for clients within your private practice

- Understanding marketing and advertising needs and implementing sustainable practices to obtain clients
